FreshForce – Terms of Service

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.  

Products & Authenticity  
All Nike Air Force 1s are 100% AAA authentic. Prices in ZAR (VAT included where applicable). Slight color variations may occur.  

Orders & Payment  
Orders are confirmed on payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT, Ozow, SnapScan & more. We may cancel orders for errors, fraud or stock issues.  

Shipping  
Dispatched from Johannesburg within 2-3 business days. Nationwide delivery (SA). Risk passes to you on delivery. Delays beyond our control are excluded.  

Returns  
No returns on worn items (hygiene reasons). Unworn faulty/incorrect items can be returned within 7 days (original condition + box/tags). Return shipping on you unless our error. Refunds within 10 business days.  

Liability  
Products sold “as is” with authenticity guarantee. Our liability limited to order value.  

Privacy  
We only collect info needed for orders (name, address, email, phone). Data stored securely, never sold. Payments handled by secure gateways. Opt out of promos anytime.  

Disputes resolved under South African law (arbitration in Johannesburg if needed).
